For each dollar you spend you will automatically receive 10 points as soon as the status of your order is changed to "Completed". You can check the number of collected points under "Points" section in your account menu.

250 points are equal to $1 and can be redeemed during checkout. Total amount of available points will be displayed next to the line prompting you to enter the desired amount of points you wish to apply to current order.

When you refer a friend to West Coast Treats, both you and your friend will receive a $20 coupon code after your friend will place an order with a total of $175 or more.

Look for automatic emails with updates that we send you when status of your order changes from Pending to Processing to Completed.

Following email will include tracking number for your parcel if your order was shipped with Xpresspost.

If you ordered Same Day Delivery, your order will be delivered within 2 hours, unless you specified a later time slot.

1. Browse and pick flower, edibles, extracts or tinctures, vaping and other West Coast treats.

2. Select weight or quantity of the products and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout or continue searching for the items you’re looking for.

3. Enter your billing/shipping address, type your email and create new password.

4. Choose a desired shipping method: Xpresspost or Same-Day Delivery. Choose available method of payment: E-Transfer or Bitcoin for Xpresspost shipments or Cash on Delivery, E-Transfer or Bitcoin for Same-Day Delivery. Click “Place Order”.

5. Receive order confirmation email and make a payment if your method of payment was E-Transfer or Bitcoin or pay with cash when delivery driver arrives (Same Day Delivery only).

Yes, we accept cash for Same Day Delivery service. Please note, for BULK orders we may require e-Transfer or Bitcoin payment for your first order and accept cash payment for following orders.

Due to the nature of cannabis products, unfortunately we’re not able to accept returns. However, if you encounter a problem with a product you received, please reach out by sending us an email or a text and we’ll find a solution.

Canada Post. We offer express mail shipping by Xpresspost which takes 2 to 3 days under normal circumstances for most locations. $18 flat rate shipping or free shipping on orders over $149.

Same Day Delivery. We provide same day delivery in Vancouver ($10) and surrounding areas ($15) from 10AM to 9PM. We deliver within 2 hours of receiving your order, unless you specify a later time slot. Orders placed after 9pm will be delivered the next day. Free delivery in Vancouver on orders over $149 (not applicable to surrounding areas).


We offer mail order shipping inside Canada and Same Day delivery in Vancouver, BC and surrounding areas.
